Latecomers will not be admitted to the theatre until a suitable break or interval.
Disabled visitors
Seating for customers in wheelchairs and companion seating is available in our venues. Thank you for informing the box office at time of booking.
Hearing impaired
The theatres are equipped with a sound enhancement system.
Services
Coat check at Grand Théâtre de Provence.
Light snacks including tapas, dessert and a full-service bar, the Teddy Bar, are available before the concerts and during intermissions.
Taxi: arrangements can be made with the theatres’ customer service

Payment and conditions of sale

You may pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express), cheques in Euros made out to “GIE Acte” or by cash (at the box-office only).
Bank transfer: Bank: BNP Paribas / Bank account holder: GIE ACTE/IBAN: FR 3000 4028 1100 0102 4064 683 / BIC: BNPAFRPPMEE.
(All bank fees are at the patron’s expense).

Terms and conditions of sale
Tickets must be paid for within 48 hrs or booking will automatically be cancelled. Tickets cannot be refunded except on the cancellation or interruption before the first half of the concert.
If you are collecting tickets from the box office please bring with you the credit card used for the transaction (plus a copy of the email booking confirmation for bookings made online). If you have selected concession seating you should additionally bring with you proof of concession.
Tickets are sold subject to the Festival’s right to make any alterations to the programme or cast.
